This role blends artistic sensitivity with digital strategy to promote our exhibitions, artists, and cultural vision across platforms. You will shape and execute a robust social media strategy that enhances the gallery’s visibility, drives collector engagement, and builds a strong and loyal art community online.1. Social Media Strategy DevelopmentDesign a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the gallery’s brand and long-term marketing goals.Define key objectives for engagement, growth, and sales conversions.Identify and target niche audiences to deepen the gallery’s digital influence.2. Content Creation and CurationDesign aesthetically compelling and brand-consistent content that highlights artworks, exhibitions, and events.Curate stories from artists, collaborators, and the wider art world to build credibility and inspire conversation.3. Platform Management and SchedulingManage day-to-day activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.Ensure consistent messaging and voice across all channels.Schedule and publish posts to maximize engagement.4. Exhibition Promotion and Live CoverageLead digital campaigns for exhibitions, artist launches, and events.Provide real-time coverage and behind-the-scenes insights to drive online participation and buzz.5. Community EngagementBuild an engaged online community through timely, thoughtful interaction.Encourage audience participation and user-generated content.Grow and nurture the gallery’s digital tribe through meaningful engagement.6. Analytics and OptimizationTrack performance metrics including reach, engagement, traffic, and growth.Adapt strategy using insights from analytics to improve performance and audience resonance.7. Paid Social Media AdvertisingPlan and execute targeted advertising campaigns to promote exhibitions and boost audience reach.Optimize ad performance based on data and A/B testing.8. Influencer & Community CollaborationsPartner with artists, influencers, and cultural organizations to amplify Nature Morte’s voice.Conceive and implement collaborative campaigns that extend reach and relevance.Goals of the role:Drive clients towards Nature Morte Gallery and exhibitions through Storytelling and Community Building.Provide a Voice to the Indian Artist, at a global stageIdeal Candidate Profile:Graduation / Diploma Course in Social Media Management or related media experience with 4-5 years of experience.Well-versed with social media tools, strategies, algorithms for a flawless & masterful execution.Proficient in Analytics report generation, interpretation and suggesting recommendatory steps to improve/ adapt/ change the course of strategies (course correct from time to time).Conversant with social media monitoring tools and tracking tools to stay ahead of the curve.Expert/Adept at handling/managing prominent social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads so on and so forth, seamlessly.
