Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Creative Director who lives at the intersection of ideas and outcomes.Someone who can build scroll-stopping narratives and obsess over CTRs, hooks, retentioncurves, and ROAS. This role isn’t about “brand vs performance” - it’s about understanding that great performance ads are great creative, engineered with intent.You’ll lead the creative vision for paid channels while staying deeply plugged into data,experimentation, and platform dynamics (Meta, Google, YouTube, Shorts, etc.).Key ResponsibilitiesYou will own creative strategy for performance marketing end-to-end - from insight to iteration.Define and lead the creative direction for paid ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platformsTranslate business goals, audience insights, and performance data into high-impact creative conceptsBuild and scale ad narratives, hooks, formats, and story arcs optimized for conversionsCollaborate closely with performance marketers to align creative with funnels, cohorts, and KPIsDrive a strong experimentation culture: rapid testing, learning loops, and creative iterationLead and mentor a team of designers, video editors, copywriters, and motion creativesDevelop creative frameworks for UGC, founder-led ads, influencer content, and static/video hybridsBalance speed and quality, shipping fast without compromising on creative sharpnessUse performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, watch time) to refine creative decisionsEnsure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries in paid environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForThis role needs a creative thinker who respects data and a performance marketer whorespects craft.7-12+ years of experience in creative roles, with strong exposure to performancemarketingProven track record of scaling paid ads for D2C, consumer apps, marketplaces, orhigh-growth brandsDeep understanding of how creative impacts performance metrics across funnelsStrong instinct for hooks, storytelling, thumb-stopping visuals, and persuasionpsychologyExperience working closely with growth, media buying, and analytics teamsComfortable with fast iteration, imperfect first drafts, and test-and-learn environmentsHands-on mindset, you can guide, critique, and occasionally get into the weedsStrong communication skills and the ability to align teams around a clear creativethesisNice to HaveExperience with UGC-first ad strategies and creator-led contentUnderstanding of platform algorithms and creative best practices by channelBackground in D2C, fintech, consumer apps, or subscription productsExposure to international markets and scaled ad accountsWhy This Role MattersCreative is no longer decoration - it’s the growth engine.
