We work with rich Indian fabrics and techniques to create elevated Western silhouettes for women aged 18–30.We are building a brand that balances strong creative identity with commercial viability — statement pieces that sell.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our growing team in Karol Bagh, Delhi.The ideal candidate understands that luxury fashion is not just about creativity — it is about execution, finishing, fabric behavior, and sellability. You should be able to balance innovation with wearability while staying aligned with Malang’s luxury-craft aesthetic.Key Responsibilities·      Research global fashion trends and interpret them through Malang’s brand philosophy.·      Develop innovative womenswear collections using Indian textiles in contemporary silhouettes.·      Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings (CAD + hand sketches).·      Work closely with pattern masters, tailors, and karigars to translate concepts into high-quality samples.·      Experiment with draping, texture play, embroidery placements, and fabric manipulations.·      Oversee fittings, corrections, and finishing standards.·      Ensure timely delivery of samples and adherence to collection timelines.·      Contribute to styling inputs for shoots and campaign alignment when required.Requirements·      Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, NID, Pearl, or equivalent preferred).·      1–4 years of relevant experience in womenswear / premium / luxury design.·      Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior.·      Proficiency in Illustrator / Photoshop (tech packs & CAD).·      Strong eye for proportion, detail, and finishing.·      Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.·      Passion for experimental yet commercially viable fashion.What We Offer·      Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & capability).·      Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling luxury label.·      Creative involvement in shaping upcoming collections.·      Direct exposure to end-to-end design and production processes.·      A focused and collaborative studio environment in Karol Bagh.How to ApplyIf you’re excited to shape the future of contemporary luxury womenswear with us, send your CV and portfolio to:
