Job Description:
Key Responsibilities• Design high-quality marketing creatives for social media, website, brochures, catalogues, and ads• Create product packaging concepts, mockups, and layout designs• Work on brand identity, typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling• Develop designs for print media (flyers, banners, posters, corporate decks)• Create compelling designs, maintaining premium brand consistency• Edit product photos, lifestyle images, and graphics for e-commerce• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand briefs and deliver visuals accordingly• Maintain and organize design files, folders, and asset libraries• Prepare final artwork files for print and digital platforms• Assist in content planning for social media (visual direction & ideas)• Basic Excel sheet management for design workflow, versioning, and task trackingRequired Skills & Qualifications• Must be based in Gurugram / Comfortable for travelling to Gurugram• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design• Strong understanding of branding, layouts, composition, and color theory• Ability to deliver quick turnarounds while maintaining premium quality• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think visually• Must bring own laptopProficiency in:• Adobe Photoshop• Adobe Illustrator• Canva (Expert level)• Basic MS ExcelPreferred (Bonus) Skills• (Not mandatory but advantageous)• Experience with packaging design (FMCG, food products)• Knowledge of social media trends and visual strategy• Photography or video-editing skills• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple design briefsWhy Join Us?• Opportunity to work across premium brands in food, wellness, jewellery, and lifestyle• Creative freedom to experiment and bring ideas to life• Fast-growing company with long-term skill development and leadership opportunities• Supportive environment where your designs directly impact brand growthHow to ApplySend your CV and portfolio to:
