You bridge the gap between high-level storytelling and stunning visual execution. You will lead the Social Media Managers and designers on the team, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with a cohesive, luxury-focused vision. You must be comfortable with:Developing and overseeing end-to-end creative strategies for multiple premium jewellery accounts, ensuring each campaign is unique from the others and relevant to the respective TGActing as a mentor and guide for the team, reviewing calendars, refining scripts, and ensuring that the agency meets the highest standardsLeading onboarding and discovery sessions, especially managing all high-stakes client servicing. You are meant to be the voice of the agency that translates complex client needs into actionable creative briefsUtilizing an eye for design to create apt moodboards of references and guide the design team to produce desired outcomes with minimum confusionPropelling digital marketing from a strategy lens across organic and paid content Going beyond the Instagram grid planning to analyze performance data, pivot strategies, capitalize on latest trends, and drive organic growth that visibly impacts the client’s bottom lineExtending a brand’s digital language into physical campaigns, print requirements, ATL/ BTL activities, and overarching experiencesLeading the creative direction for GRYD’s own brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, SEO/ Web, and any other touchpoints to attract top-tier clientele pan-IndiaMaintaining a big-picture mindset, constantly building upon the vision of all stakeholders to optimise efforts for maximum gainQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.4+ years of professional experience in account management and creative strategy, with a minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced agency environment.Luxury mindset and a deep understanding of the fine jewellery or luxury lifestyle market are a plusExceptional copywriting and narration skills with the ability to communicate /"big ideas/" clearly to both designers and stakeholdersLeadership experience and a proven ability to manage a team or junior executives, maintaining high morale and strict deadlinesA robust portfolio featuring case studies that showcase the evolution of a brand—from the initial concept to nomenclature, brand positioning, identity design and the final output that went live.
