We’ve got a spot for you!Full-time, In-Person Position Role:Creative Lead Location:Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi Experience:3+ Years (At least 1 Year Agency Exp) Salary:Upto 7.8 LPAJob Description: As our Creative Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of creating visually captivating and dynamic content. You’ll collaborate with our design team to transform ideas into reality, leading them through the process, keeping things fresh but relevant. You must be comfortable with:Crafting visually stunning graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials Ideating & animating engaging motion graphics for videos, ads, and digital campaigns Conceptualizing brand identities for new ventures and rebranding/subbranding projects Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns, strategic shoots, etc Ensuring consistency and quality across all visual assets, adhering to brand guidelines Staying ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest design trends and techniques (We encourage the use of AI as long as it furthers the company’s creative goals!) Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality Mentoring junior designers and providing creative direction as requiredQualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (or equivalent work experience) 3+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with at least 1 year in an agency environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro Comfortable with baseline AI tools and image generation platforms Strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation skills, especially in a professional settingInterested candidates can share their CVs along with their portfolio at careers.gryd@
