Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Specialist based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating customized interior design solutions, and collaborating with clients and team members to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Daily tasks include space planning, selecting furniture, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and providing design presentations. The Interior Design Specialist will ensure timely project completion and maintain high-quality design standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning to create effective layouts and optimize functionalityStrong Communication and collaboration skills to understand client needs and liaise with stakeholdersExpertise in Interior Design, including knowledge of design principles and current trendsExperience in selecting and designing with Furniture and FF&E for customized solutionsStrong time management and attention to detailProficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related fieldPrior experience in luxury or high-end interior design projects is an advantage
