We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of Treat Hotels & Resorts as we grow and innovate in the hospitality industry.Key Responsibilities:Creative Direction: Develop and implement visually compelling designs for all marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.Brand Development: Strengthen and maintain a cohesive brand identity through innovative design solutions.Design Execution: Create high-quality visuals and videos leveraging your expertise in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful creative assets for various campaigns.Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.Requirements:A minimum of 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally with a background in creative leadership or agency roles.A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand building and creative campaign execution.Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and inspire creativity within the team.Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.Location: SilvassaJoin us to bring your creative vision to life and elevate the Treat Hotels & Resorts brand to new heights.
