Creative Head- Graphics & Visual Design

We are looking for a Creative Head – Graphics & Visual Design to lead the visual language of our events and campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of concept, design, and execution, translating ideas into powerful visual narratives across on-ground experiences and campaign ecosystems.Key Responsibilities* Lead creative direction for events, brand experiences, and integrated campaigns.* Develop key visuals, brand identities, and logos for campaigns, festivals, and IPs.* Translate campaign ideas seamlessly across ATL to BTL touchpoints—events, OOH, social media, digital assets, and print.* Conceptualize and design layouts based on client briefs and brand guidelines.* Create mood boards, sketches, visual references, and 2D renderings to communicate event concepts clearly.* Collaborate closely with clients, internal production teams, and external vendors to ensure cohesive and accurate execution.* Oversee production-ready artworks and ensure files are optimized for fabrication, print, and on-ground deployment.* Maintain visual consistency and creative quality across multiple projects running in parallel.Requirements* Minimum 5+ years of experience in graphic design with exposure to events, set design, bar design, or visual merchandising.* Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.* Proven experience working with production files, print specs, and execution-ready artwork.* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.* Strong understanding of scale, materials, spatial design, and real-world execution.Preferred Skills* Experience in the alcobev, luxury, or lifestyle sector.* Prior exposure to experiential marketing, festivals, or brand activations.* Strong sense of typography, color, materials, and contemporary design trends.* Ability to think conceptually while remaining execution-focused.
