Our portfolio reflects a deep commitment to innovation-driven storytelling and measurable outcomes.Website: About the RoleWe are looking for a Mid-weight Communication Designer with strong foundations in visual communication, grid systems, typography, and strategic thinking.This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond execution-only work and can now think conceptually, structure information, and translate strategy into visual systems. You will work closely with the Founder, strategists, and senior designers on branding, communication, and campaign-led projects.Key Responsibilities1. Communication Design and Visual SystemsTranslate brand strategy and narratives into clear, structured visual communication.Apply strong grid systems, hierarchy, and typography across all deliverables.Maintain visual consistency across brand touchpoints.2. Design ExecutionDesign high-quality assets including brand identity applications, pitch decks, social media creatives, print collateral, brochures, and basic motion assets.Iterate designs based on feedback while maintaining craft and clarity.3. Strategic ThinkingContribute to moodboards, visual explorations, and early-stage concept development.Demonstrate the ability to explain and justify design decisions with intent and logic.4.
