We’re performance × precision × modern design.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Motion Designer (2D-first, 3D-capable) who understands how motion drives attention, clarity, and conversion.This role is primarily focused on fast, high-impact 2D motion for short-form content, with supporting 3D work for premium product and brand visuals.You’ll work closely with brand, content, and growth teams to turn complex product benefits into clear, scroll-stopping motion.What You’ll DoPrimary (2D Motion – Core Focus):Design motion for Reels, Shorts, and TikTokCreate kinetic typography and pattern interruptsBuild benefit-driven explainer motionDevelop Amazon A+ motion modulesSecondary (3D Motion – Supporting):Create light 3D product animations (bottles, capsules)Visualize ingredient systems and mechanismsProduce website hero loops and launch assetsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience in Motion Design / Motion GraphicsExpert-level After Effects skills (non-negotiable)Solid foundation in graphic design, typography, and layoutWorking knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4DAbility to design for clarity, retention, and conversionFast execution and iteration mindsetComfortable working remotely with clear briefs and feedbackBonus (Nice to Have)Experience with performance, health, or supplement brandsFigma familiarityUnderstanding of conversion-driven design
