Graphic Designer Location: Okhla, New Delhi | On-Site Experience: 2-4 years Vianaar is Goa's leading luxury real estate company, known for designing and building beautiful holiday homes in Goa, Kasauli, and Sri Lanka. If you're curious, committed, and serious about translating briefs into cohesive visual storytelling we’d love to hear from you.Role and Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Collaterals • Design brochures, project decks, one-pagers, event collaterals (online + offline), and print-ready materials. • Create clear and premium visuals for WhatsApp communication, client emailers, follow-up journeys, and sales communication flows. • Translate project USPs, buyer insights, and sales narratives into compelling and structured visual layouts. Digital & Performance Ad Creatives • Design visuals for Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads, adapting formats across campaign requirements. • Ensure ad creatives reflect accurate USPs, audience behaviour, and current sales priorities. • Update and optimise ad creatives based on performance insights shared by the marketing and performance teams. Brand & Visual Language Development • Help define and refine the brand’s visual language across digital, sales, and event touchpoints. • Maintain consistency in look, tone, and messaging across all assets — digital, print, internal communication, and clientfacing material. Event Design & Experience • Create design systems and collateral for sales events — including invites, signage, standees, digital screens, and postevent follow-up communication. • Work with vendors to ensure high-quality print and production output. Cross-functional Collaboration • Report to the Brand Manager and work closely with the marketing and sales teams. • Support quarterly planning of design deliverables such as brochures, decks, ads, videos, and collateral requirements. • Maintain visual competitor benchmarking and share insights relevant to improving Vianaar’s design standards. Creative Contribution & Workflow Management • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, projects, and IPs with fresh, culturally relevant ideas. • Manage your workflow end-to-end — from understanding the brief, structuring information, executing design, sharing WIPs, and delivering on time. • Stay updated on design, visual culture, real estate trends, and digital communication best practices.Qualification Requirements • 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience in branding, content, real estate, and hospitality. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects (must). Knowledge of Premiere Pro is a bonus. • Strong visual sensibility, layout skills, and understanding of branding and communication design principles.
