Video & Graphics Designer - Marketing Agency

We're seeking a talented Video & Graphics Designer to join our marketing agency team. You'll create compelling visual content that drives results for our diverse client portfolio, working across video production, graphic design, and digital marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality video content for social media, web, and advertising campaigns Create graphics for digital and print marketing materials including social posts, ads, brochures, and presentations Collaborate with account managers and strategists to translate client briefs into effective visual solutions Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables for multiple clients Edit and post-produce video content, including motion graphics and animations Design marketing collateral such as logos, business cards, flyers, and banners Work within tight deadlines while managing multiple client projects simultaneously Stay current with design trends and platform-specific content requirementsRequired Qualifications 2+ years of experience in video production and graphic design, preferably in an agency environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong portfolio demonstrating both video and graphic design capabilities Experience creating content for various social media platforms and understanding their specifications Knowledge of marketing principles and how design supports campaign objectives Excellent communication skills and ability to present creative concepts to clients Strong time management skills with experience handling multiple projects Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field Experience with motion graphics and 2D animation Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
