The role requires strong design aesthetics, creativity, and proficiency in Adobe tools to deliver high-quality static and motion creatives aligned with brand objectives.Job Requirements:Design Creation:Develop static and animated creatives for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns. Video Editing:Edit and enhance short videos, reels, and motion creatives for online platforms. Concept Development:Collaborate with the copy and servicing teams to translate briefs into strong visual concepts. Brand Consistency:Ensure all outputs adhere to brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines. Project Management: Handle multiple design requests with quick turnaround times and maintain organized design files. Asset Management:Work with client-provided assets—images, logos, templates—and ensure optimized delivery for various formats.Qualifications: Technical Proficiency Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects for video editing and motion graphics. Understanding of digital ad formats, social media design standards, and responsive layouts.Creative & Soft Skills Strong visual storytelling and aesthetic sensibility. Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals and brand tone. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining visual quality across platforms. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and openness to feedback.
