We’re looking for aVisual Designerwho deeply understands aesthetics, brand language, and communication — someone who can convert ideas into visuals thatfeelsacred, modern, and premium.In Your Ownership : You will be the custodian of Shunya’s visual identity across all touchpoints — from screens to print to packaging to experiences.Digital: IG Content - Posts, reels, carousels, stories, etc. Website banners, landing pages, emailers Ad creatives for Meta + Google (performance-focused) UI elements and micro-branding assetsPrint & Physical: Product packaging & labels Brochures, catalogues, postcards, inserts Event collaterals as and when requiredIdentity & Communications: Maintaining visual consistency across all platforms Creating new brand elements (icons, patterns, layout systems) Translating abstract spiritual concepts into contemporary visualsBeyond : Assist in Photography directions & mood-boarding Assisting in small product render edits / visual mockups Supporting studio setups for product shoots Helping craft a visual world for Shunya — simple, modern, sacred.Skills Needed : Hard & Soft Skills: Strong graphic design fundamentals (layout, type, visual rhythm, composition) Proficiency in Adobe Suite Good understanding of social media content design Ability to work with minimal direction and deliver refined output Bonus: knowledge of Lightroom, video editing, or 3D/visualization skills Detail-oriented Aesthetic sensitivity Creative ownership Clear communication Accountability Adaptability Self-drivenMindset Fit (important) : Design clarity over decoration Consistency over shortcuts Commitment over ego Honesty over excuses Someone who wants to grow with the brand, not just do tasksTO APPLY : Send Applications directly toconnect@along withPortfolio + CV attached .Optional but suggested :Include a cover letter; expressing your specific interest to join this role and why you think you are a well fit.
