If you can turn briefs into brilliant visuals, edit videos that make people stop scrolling, and bring brand stories alive across sports, events, and media… you’re the one. You’ll be working acrossUnified Sports ,Merch & Tales , andThe Team Ex , creating high-quality content that drives our brand experience, fuels our campaigns, and elevates our storytelling.What You’ll Do Decode design + video briefs and translate them intofresh, high-impactconcepts. Create stunning graphics, layouts, brand assets, and creative content for social media, websites, campaigns, events, and merchandise stories. Edit and produce engaging videos — match highlights, reels, promos, event edits, storytelling pieces, and more. Design digital + print materials: posters, banners, brochures, presentations, pitches, and IP branding. Maintain strong brand identity across all content while adapting to different visual languages for each company. Test, refine, and optimize creatives for multiple platforms and formats. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver crisp, on-time, and high-quality work. Stay ahead of design trends, sports media styles, editing aesthetics, and creative technologies. Handle multiple projects with ownership, speed, and professionalism. (Bonus) Lead a small team or interns and guide them creatively.What We’re Looking For Proven experience in graphic design + video editing with a portfolio that showsrange, skill, and flair . Strong command over Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools). A great sense of aesthetics: color, typography, layout, composition, motion, and storytelling. Ability to think creatively and turn rough ideas into polished deliverables. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver within timelines. Prior team-handling or leadership experience = big plus. Degree in Design / Film / Fine Arts is nice to have (but talent > degree). Must have your own laptop equipped with design + editing software.Why Join Us?
