Someone who watches a reel and instinctively noticesthe angle, lighting, pacing, hook, camera movement and delivery .If you: • Have a naturally strong aesthetic sense • Instantly recognise which frame will look good on camera • Understand trends and why they perform • Love being involved in shoots and production • Enjoy the pressure and excitement of creating content that performs Then you are the kind of creative we want on the team.Role & Responsibilities:You will work directly with the Creative & Production team to:• Convert creative concepts into storyboards and shot breakdowns • Participate and assist in UGC ad shoots for D2C brands • Guide actors/creators on delivery, expressions and the tone of the script • Direct the DOP on angles, framing, aesthetics and pacing to match the storyboard • Coordinate onboarding of actors/creators for shoots • Collaborate with video editors to ensure the final output aligns with the storyboard and marketing objective You are expected to understand how a video sells, not just how it looks.Perks:Work with a motivated and supportive team that values creativity and innovation.
