Someone who believes light can transform lives.An architect / interior designer / lighting designer who: Has 10+ years of experience in the field Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent design qualification with demonstrable expertise in lighting Is passionate—truly passionate about lighting and its power to shape human experience Understands that lighting is not decoration, but a tool for wellbeing Values sustainability and wants to reverse climate change through thoughtful design Brings entrepreneurial energy and wants to build something meaningful Sees the immense potential in India's evolving architectural landscape Wants ownership, not just a jobWhat you'll create with us Human-centric lighting for residential, commercial, institutional and urban projects Sustainable solutions that reduce carbon footprint and light pollution Smart design and technology that makes lighting simple, accessible and beautiful Spaces where people feel good—from parks to museums, offices to heritage buildings Partnerships and relationships that grow the Kaash vision across IndiaYou'll work with our Luxembourg-based team, bringing European design thinking together with India's rich architectural traditions.
