Job Title:Interior designer sales and BDE Location:Delhi NCR |Full-time | On-site We are hiringon behalf of a leading interior architecture companyfor the position ofBusiness Development Executive. This client-facing role involvesgenerating, qualifying, and converting leadsforresidential and commercial interior projects, while closely collaborating with thePrincipal Architect and Design Teamto drive business growth.Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and social media. Respond to client inquiries and assess project requirements (budget, location, scope). Conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) and confidently present design services. Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and quotations. Follow up on leads to ensure timely deal closures. Maintain accurate lead and client records. Represent the studio professionally during client meetings and site visits. Support marketing efforts, including participation in events and exhibitions.Qualifications Minimum2 years of experiencein business development or sales withininterior design, architecture, or real estate. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly self-motivated, organized, and target oriented. Knowledge of theDelhi NCR marketand willingness to travel locally.
