Key Responsibilities Prompt Crafting:Design and refine text/image prompts to generate hyper-relevant fashion visuals across categories like ethnic, western, fusion, athleisure, etc. Tool Testing:Actively test AI-powered tools (e.g., background generators, face swaps, AI stylists, image-to-video tools) for accuracy, style quality, and versatility. Style Curation:Evaluate AI outputs against fashion sensibilities such as color coordination, draping, occasion-appropriateness, and trend alignment. Visual QC:Use Photoshop (or similar tools) to enhance AI outputs and provide feedback on where manual touch-ups are needed. Feedback Loops:Provide structured insights to AI and product teams to improve model performance and style accuracy. Trend Spotting:Keep an eye on fashion trends and infuse fresh aesthetics into AI content via moodboards and reference prompts.Requirements Education:Graduate or postgraduate fromNIFTor any reputedfashion design institutepreferred. Experience:3–5 years of relevant experience in the fashion domain — such asfashion styling, fashion design, or fashion content creation . Fashion Know-How:Strong understanding of silhouettes, draping, color theory, and styling principles across categories. Photoshop Proficiency:Ability to spot visual inconsistencies and fine-tune images as needed. Prompting Skills:Prior experience or curiosity to work withgenerative AI tools(image/video generation) is a big plus. Eye for Detail:Ability to identify what makes a look “work” (or not) for a given theme or context. Strong Aesthetic Judgment:You understand brand tonality, can adapt style to different demographics, and visualize outputs even before the AI renders them. Collaborative Energy:Work closely with content, creative, and tech teams — bonus points if you speak bothmoodboard and matrix .
