Qualification & ExprerienceBE / BTech/MTech Civil Engineer from a college of repute. 15–23 years of experience in the relevant industry. Strong execution and high interpersonal skills. Position Goals and Key Performance IndicatorsThe incumbent must have knowledge of structure design coordination of buildings and site execution knowledge. Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordination Coordinate all the activities of the project, act as an interface between the vendors and consultants, and ensure timely delivery of GFC drawings at site. Ensure execution as per the approved shop drawings, GFC drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with consultants to resolve site-related execution issues in a timely manner. Clarify missing details in drawings for the site team as required. Facilitate coordination between architects, consultants, and contractors for timely delivery of drawings and details. Supervision Periodically supervise contractor works to ensure timely delivery and quality as per specifications. Value Engineering Coordinate with consultants to derive cost-effective solutions with maximum durability of systems.
