About Pahle India Foundation (PIF) Pahle India Foundation (PIF), chaired by Dr. Rajiv Kumar (Former Vice Chairman, NITI Aayog) , is an action-oriented public policy think tank. We partner with state and central governments to design, implement, and assess evidence-based policies in areas such as district-led development, ease of doing business, export-led manufacturing, data systems strengthening, and impact assessments. Role Overview The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and create visual content for both print and digital platforms, including reports, presentations, social media, website and short-form videos. This role demands close collaboration with the communications team to deliver sophisticated, on-brand visual stories that advance Pahlé India Foundation’s social impact mission. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Delhi, ideal for creative professionals eager to contribute to impactful policy and social sector work. Key Responsibilities Design engaging layouts for research reports, policy briefs, and event collateral Develop striking graphics, illustrations, templates and UI assets for social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) Shoot, edit, and package short videos and motion graphics for web and social campaigns Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all content formats Maintain an organized repository of assets and templates Support live and hybrid event design, including digital banners and stage content Collaborate with researchers, writers, and the leadership team for rapid content delivery Profile & Experience 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, media, or social sector environment Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) Demonstrable experience creating web assets, with basic knowledge of website and responsive design principles preferred Working knowledge of social media and video formats  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Web Design, or a related discipline Must be based in Delhi; ability and willingness to work from office is essential Application Process Email the following to CV 1-2 Design Samples
