Job Description:
1. Design & Conceptualization: Develop innovative and engaging spatial experiences: Create unique and memorable concepts for a variety of projects, including retail spaces, exhibitions, events, and installations. Conduct thorough research and analysis: Investigate user needs, brand identities, and project requirements to inform design decisions. Develop creative concepts and presentations: Present design ideas effectively through compelling visuals, mood boards, and presentations to clients and stakeholders. Explore and implement emerging technologies: Integrate innovative technologies (VR/AR, interactive media, AI) into design solutions to enhance user experiences. 2. Project Execution & Delivery: Oversee the design and production process: Manage all phases of the design process, from initial concept to final installation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work effectively with architects, engineers, fabricators, and other relevant professionals. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met: Manage project resources efficiently and deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain high-quality standards: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with client expectations. 3. Client Relations & Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Actively seek out and pursue new projects and clients to grow the business. Present design proposals and negotiate contracts: Effectively communicate the value of design solutions to clients and negotiate contracts. Represent the company at industry events: Network and build relationships within the design community. 4. Innovation & Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices: Continuously research and learn about new design trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Develop and refine design skills: Continuously improve design skills through workshops, training programs, and personal projects. Contribute to the professional development of the team: Mentor junior designers and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues. Explore and develop new design methodologies: Experiment with new design approaches and contribute to the innovation of the design practice.
