Role Description This is a full-time role for a Visual Lead (Graphic Designer) at Broadcast Beauty Consultancy. The role is on-site and located in New Delhi. The Visual Lead will be responsible for developing graphics and visual content, designing logos, creating branding materials, and working with typography. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative team, executing design projects, and ensuring that all visual materials are aligned with the brand's identity and objectives. Responsibilities Lead the creative development and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, packaging, social media, website, and more. Conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics aligned with brand tone and identity. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand consistency. Maintain design standards and ensure all output is innovative, high-quality, and on-brand. Stay updated on design trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices. Own the end-to-end design process from concept to final delivery. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency or brand side). Skills in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design Experience in Branding and working with Typography Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field Experience in the beauty, personal care, or wellness industry is a plus Immediate joining.
