You will: Lead the Vision:Drive the interior design process from initial concept to final execution, translating client needs for large-scale projects into compelling, functional spaces. Design & Innovate:Develop comprehensive design schemes, including expert space planning, mood boards, material selection, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) specifications. Bring Ideas to Life:Create detailed 2D construction drawings, stunning 3D models, and photorealistic renderings to masterfully present your vision to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate Seamlessly:Work hand-in-hand with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and project managers to ensure a perfect integration of design and technical requirements. Manage Client Relationships:Act as the primary design contact for clients, confidently presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and ensuring their objectives are met with excellence.Who You Are: What You Bring An Experienced Professional:You have 5-7 years of professional interior design experience, backed by a strong portfolio that showcases diverse and complex projects. A Technical Master:You possess expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (like SketchUp, 3ds Max), and rendering engines (like V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion). A Creative Strategist:You have exceptional skills in space planning, a deep understanding of building codes, and a strong knowledge of materials and industry trends. A Natural Communicator:You excel at presenting your ideas clearly and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
