Location : Chhatarpur, New Delhi Experience : 1-3 years Opportunity Type: Full time, Onsite Start Date : Immediate We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of digital media, and the ability to bring ideas to life through graphics, videos, and animations. Key Responsibilities: Design & Creative Development: Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media platforms Create brand collaterals such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials. Designing creatives and engaging art output for digital, social, and print media (including brand identity, direct mail pieces, brand communication, website, and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing collateral). Collaborate with content, digital, and project management teams to transform ideas into impactful visual storytelling. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels. Video & Motion Graphics Create and edit multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, 2D animations, and illustrations. Enhance social media and marketing campaigns with engaging motion elements. Stay updated with design and video trends to keep content fresh and innovative. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality output. Participate in team meetings to share ideas, present concepts, and review ongoing work. Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time with high creative standards. Asset Management & Research Work with analytics teams to design infographics and data visuals. Organize and maintain a structured digital asset library for easy access and future use. Conduct trend research to optimize designs for maximum audience engagement. Requirements: 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing. At least 1 year of experience working with an agency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD); familiarity with Figma/Canva is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. Knowledge of UI/UX design and motion graphics is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
