Graphic Designer

About the Role We are looking for a Graphic Designer to lead our social media design and creative storytelling. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing visually compelling social media content aligned with brand communication and identity. This role requires a mix of creative thinking, visualisation, innovative concepts, and hands-on execution , a working knowledge of video editing will be a bonus. As the Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams to ensure our brand speaks consistently and powerfully across all platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and direct creative concepts for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication strategy. Lead the visual storytelling process - from ideation and mood boards to final execution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Design compelling static and video editing , ensuring high visual impact and brand consistency. Stay updated on social media trends, platform formats, and emerging design tools to deliver innovative content. Oversee and execute light video editing for short-form content (reels, stories, ads). Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets. Requirements Proven experience (3+ years) as a Designer with a strong focus on social media. Strong portfolio showcasing social media content design , branding, and creative campaigns. Exceptional skills in creative ideation, visualisation, and concept development . Strong understanding of brand communication and how to translate it into visual storytelling. A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and the latest design trends. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
