Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer cum Merchandiser and Corporate Gifting Manager, located in New Delhi. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing corporate gifting programs, sourcing and curating products for gifts, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves collaborating with teams to understand client needs, developing gifting strategies, and maintaining inventory. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences are essential for this role. Qualifications Experience in merchandising and curating and sourcing high quality and diversified products for corporate gifting Experience in managing corporate gifting programs and sourcing gifts Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills Understanding of packaging and logistical needs for products Inventory management Project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to develop and implement effective gifting strategies Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in a marketing or customer service role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field LPA 25,000 - 35,000 INR per month
