About the Role We are looking for a passionate and creativeGraphic Designerwith 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, a strong grasp of visual storytelling, and the ability to create compelling graphics that align with our brand and marketing goals.Key Responsibilities Create original graphic concepts, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print campaigns. Design creatives for websites, social media posts, presentations, case studies, and promotional material. Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals. Present drafts and final designs for feedback and review. Revise and refine work based on input while maintaining design quality and timelines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and meet quality standards.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 1 to 1.5 years of experience in a graphic design or similar creative role. Proficiency in design tools such asCanva Pro ,Adobe Photoshop , andInDesign ; familiarity withAI-based image/video editing toolsis a plus. A portfolio that reflects creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of design. Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles. Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback. Strong time management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
