We're looking for a passionate and driven Fashion Merchandising Intern to join our team. Stockist & E-commerce Management: E-commerce Partner Coordination: Prepare comprehensive linesheets and product information for all e-commerce partners, ensuring accuracy of product details, pricing, and imagery. Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination with stockists, managing inquiries, order updates, and product information requests.Order & Inventory Management: Oversee the entire order management process for stockists, from initial order placement to fulfillment and delivery, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. Manage backend operations for all e-commerce portals, including product uploads, inventory synchronization, pricing updates, and promotional setups.Performance Analysis (Ecommerce): Track and report on sales performance from e-commerce partners, identifying best-selling styles, trends, and areas for improvement. Assist in optimising product presentation and visibility on partner platforms.II. In-Studio & Product Lifecycle Management:Collection & Product Launch Coordination: Prepare detailed line sheets for the brand's own website for every new collection or product launch, ensuring consistency and accuracy with brand standards. Assist in developing the collection release plan, coordinating internal teams (design, marketing, production) to ensure seamless product launches.Material & Production Flow: Manage the end-to-end process from material arrangement for production to ensuring timely delivery of finished orders to customers. Maintain a meticulous logbook for all customer orders and vendor interactions, ensuring clear records and efficient communication.Vendor Management & Sourcing: Actively research and identify new vendors (e.g., fabric suppliers, manufacturers, embellishment specialists) as per company requirements, ensuring adherence to luxury quality standards and ethical practices. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new vendors, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring high-quality output.Inventory & Sample Management (Studio): Oversee the organization and maintenance of all in-studio inventory, including raw materials, samples, and finished goods. Quality Control Support: Assist in preliminary quality checks of incoming materials and finished products, ensuring they meet the brand's stringent luxury standards.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion, E-commerce, or a related field. [0-1] years of proven experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion apparel sector. Experience with e-commerce platforms and backend systems. Strong understanding of the fashion product lifecycle, from design to delivery. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, linesheet creation, and reporting. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with stockists, vendors, and internal teams. A keen eye for luxury quality, aesthetics, and current fashion trends.
