Instructional Designer/ LMS Administrator Experience: 1- 3 Years Educational Qualification: Any graduation with strong technical knowledgeJob Description:We are seeking an experienced and innovativeOnline Academy Development Associateto work on the creation, implementation, and management of a comprehensive online academy.This role involves the development of online courses, ensuring high-quality educational content, and managing the overall user experience for learners.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-learning, instructional design, and project management, and a passion for education and technology.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Development: ○ Develop a strategic plan for the online academy, including the research and understanding of target audiences, and course offerings. ○ Collaborate with stakeholders to define the academy’s mission, vision, and goals.2. Course Development and Management: ○ Creation and curation of high-quality online courses and educational materials. ○ Work with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. ○ Implement best practices in instructional design and e-learning methodologies.3. Technology and Platform Management: ○ Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other e-learning technologies. ○ Ensure the platform is user-friendly, accessible, and scalable. ○ Coordinate with IT teams for platform maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.4.
