About the RoleWe are looking for a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO and support day-to-day executive operations, strategic initiatives, and leadership coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, high levels of confidentiality, strong organizational abilities, and the maturity to handle sensitive business matters independently.In addition to executive support responsibilities, the role will also involve supporting executive search and recruitment activities for leadership and strategic hiring mandates.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders.Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.Record Minutes of Meetings (MoM) accurately and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the CEO when required.Maintain complete confidentiality regarding business discussions, strategic plans, and sensitive information.Strategic & Business CoordinationSupport the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and special projects.Track progress of ongoing business priorities and coordinate with different teams for timely execution.Conduct research, prepare summaries, and assist in decision-support documentation.Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Executive Search & Recruitment SupportAssist in executive search assignments and leadership hiring.Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.Support in preparing candidate assessments, profiles, and recruitment reports.Maintain recruitment databases and hiring trackers.Desired Candidate ProfileExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong capability in drafting professional emails, reports, and meeting notes.Proven ability to prepare and manage Minutes of Meetings effectively.High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to work directly with senior leadership and manage high-pressure situations.Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.Comfortable handling strategic and operational responsibilities simultaneously.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role preferred.Experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition will be an added advantage.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and virtual meeting platforms.Experience : 0-5 years.
