Job Description:
Role Description: We are looking for a dedicated Company Secretary to join our team at Perfect Accounting & Shared Services Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Company Secretary will be responsible for assisting with company registration, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining corporate records, managing board meetings, preparing minutes, facilitating share transfers, and advising on corporate governance. Key Responsibilities:Assisting with secretarial and ensuring other compliance with legal requirements.Maintaining corporate records, registers, and legal documents.Coordinating and conducting board meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.Managing share transfers and related documentation.Providing advice on corporate governance and related matters.Assisting in XBRL filing and other statutory filings as required.Liaising with various stakeholders, including government departments, consultants etc.Preparation & ensuring timely filing of forms/returns etc. with ROC, RBI, and other regulators, including directors' disclosure etc. Desired Candidate Profile:Knowledge and practical experience in the area of Company Law and Rules made thereunder, secretarial standards/practices, FEMAStrong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.Team Player: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.Proactive & Goal-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong time management skills.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer skills, with experience in XBRL filing and other related software.Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and compliance. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working with a Practising Company Secretary or in a consultancy firm.Experience: Candidates may be freshers or have 1–2 years of relevant experience.
