Job SummaryWe are seeking a well-presented, highly organized, and proactive Front Office Executive & Secretary to support Senior Management. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a strong sense of professionalism. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors while also providing administrative and secretarial support to leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office ManagementManage reception area and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and clientsHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficientlyCoordinate visitor appointments and maintain visitor logsManage courier, mail, and office suppliesSecretarial Support to Senior ManagementManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentsArrange travel itineraries, bookings, and logisticsPrepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutesHandle confidential documents and maintain records with discretionAssist in follow-ups, reminders, and task tracking for leadershipCoordination & AdministrationLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholdersOrganize meetings, conferences, and eventsMaintain filing systems and documentation (physical & digital)Support day-to-day administrative operationsRequired Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (Secretarial/Administrative background preferred) with 4-6 years of experienceProven experience in front office and executive support rolesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Professional appearance and pleasant personalityHigh level of integrity and confidentialityPreferred AttributesExperience working with senior leadership or CXO-level executivesStrong interpersonal and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
