In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.About the role:We are looking for a seasoned Admin Head to lead and streamline all administrative operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, cost optimization, and compliance with organizational policies. This role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and infrastructure management experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end office administration and facility operationsManage office infrastructure, space planning, and maintenanceEnsure workplace safety, hygiene, and security standardsHandle travel, transport, housekeeping, and cafeteria servicesManage vendor selection, negotiation, and performanceDrive cost optimization and budgeting for admin expensesMonitor contracts, renewals, and service quality (SLAs)Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising qualityEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, licenses, and local lawsManage documentation related to audits and inspectionsMaintain policies related to workplace safety and operationsLead and mentor the admin team across locations Allocate responsibilities and monitor performanceBuild SOPs and improve operational efficiencyCollaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership teamsEnsure high employee satisfaction through efficient admin servicesAct as a point of contact for all admin-related escalationsKey Skills & RequirementsStrong experience in facility and administration managementExpertise in vendor management and cost controlKnowledge of statutory and compliance requirementsLeadership and team management experienceStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree (MBA/Operations preferred)Experience in managing multi-location offices (added advantage)
