The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and executive support. Day-to-day tasks include managing calendars, preparing expense reports, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication between departments and external stakeholders. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative AssistanceProficiency in completing and managing Expense ReportsDemonstrated experience in providing high-level Executive SupportExcellent written and verbal Communication skillsExceptional organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency in office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fieldPrior experience in the pharmaceutical or related industries is a plus
