Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in New Delhi for an HR & Executive Assistant in the Founder's Office. The role involves managing day-to-day HR functions, including HR operations, employee relations, and policy implementation. Additionally, the role supports the Founder with administrative tasks, calendar management, coordination of meetings and events, and facilitating effective communication across the organization. The individual will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams while ensuring seamless operations in a dynamic environment. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR OperationsStrong understanding of HR Policies and Employee RelationsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityExperience in providing administrative support to leadership is a plusProficiency in relevant tools and technologies like Microsoft Office Suite and HR softwareBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
