The role involves handling customer interactions related to airline bookings, hotel reservations, cruise line services, and travel back-office operations through voice and/or non-voice channels.Work Schedule: Must be willing to work between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM ISTNight shift aligned with US business hoursPayout:Voice Process: Rs 300 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesSHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE SABRE TOOLHandle customer interactions via calls, emails, chats, or booking systemsAssist with airline, hotel, and cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and inquiriesPerform back-office travel operations and booking supportUse Sabre reservation system for booking and servicing requestsEnsure accurate data entry and proper documentation of all transactionsFollow defined processes and service-level agreementsProvide clear, polite, and professional customer communicationEscalate complex cases as per process guidelinesMandatory RequirementsKnowledge of Sabre tool is a mustFluency in spoken and written EnglishHands-on experience with the Sabre tool (mandatory)Prior back-office or customer support experience in:Airline bookingHotel reservationsCruise line operationsTravel support servicesWillingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 6 AM IST)Must have own Windows 11 laptopHigh-speed and reliable internet connectionQuiet and professional work-from-home setupPreferred QualificationsExperience handling US customersFamiliarity with US travel policies, fare rules and ticketing workflowsPrior experience in BPO or travel operations environmentDual monitor setup (preferred)Important NotesThis is a remote work-from-home opportunityPerformance, quality and productivity will be closely monitoredStrict adherence to data security and client confidentiality is required
