We also provide corporate secretarial services to many leading companies.We are presently in the process of expanding our team, and are looking for a high qualityCompany Secretaryfor our General Corporate practice supporting Indian subsidiaries of foreign companiesExperience, qualifications and skills required:Experience: 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a reputed corporate law firm, and/or CS/CA firm; Qualifications: Qualified CS (an LLB from a reputed university will be preferred, but is not essential); In-depth knowledge and experience of maintaining secretarial records, ROC filings, RBI filings, RD and NCLT related matters, FEMA, Companies Act, legal research, drafting opinions; Experience of working with foreign clients preferred; Excellent written and spoken English essential; Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required.Location:New DelhiWho should NOT apply:Non CS candidates; and CSs with 0 to 2 years of work experience.
