We are a seed-funded startup using state-of-the-art AI to reimagine how businesses access credit and risk intelligence. Our team includes ML and engineering talent from top-tier US tech companies, the product is live with early customers, and we’re building fast. With our product already in the market, first clients onboarded, and sufficient runway secured, we are passionate about using AI to enhance access to credit information for businesses. This role sits in the Founder’s Office with one mandate: help the founders unlock repeatable growth and revenue- across pipeline, sales motion, partnerships, pricing/packaging, and GTM operations.Key Responsibilities1) Revenue Ops + Founder-led Sales EnablementBuild and run the weekly revenue cadence: pipeline reviews, forecast hygiene, stage definitions, conversion analysis.Create playbooks for outbound + inbound: ICP, messaging, qualification, discovery, follow-ups, objection handling.Improve core funnel metrics: lead → meeting → qualified → proposal → close.2) Growth Experiments (Channel + Conversion)Own growth sprints (2–3 weeks each): pick a hypothesis, design the experiment, ship assets, track results.Run experiments across: outbound sequences, LinkedIn/email campaigns, webinar/roundtables, partner referrals, founder content.Build dashboards for CAC, payback, LTV proxies, retention signals, and learn fast. 3) Partnerships + DistributionIdentify and execute partnerships with financiers, credit teams, insurers, platforms, data partners, ecosystem players.Take partnerships from 0→1: outreach, pitch, commercial structure, pilot execution, performance tracking.4) Pricing, Packaging, and MonetizationWork with founders to refine pricing + packaging, discount guardrails, proposal templates, and ROI framing.Build deal economics models and “what wins / what loses” insights from closed-won/lost analysis.5) Founder-level Special Projects (Revenue-Critical)Own 1–2 mission-critical growth initiatives end-to-end (e.g., new vertical rollout, new persona motion, city expansion, channel build).Qualifications3–5 years in growth, revenue ops, founder’s office, strategy + execution, GTM, sales ops, consulting-to-startup, or early-stage SaaS.Strong analytical comfort: Excel/Sheets modeling, funnel analysis, dashboards; SQL/BI is a plus.Excellent writing + structured thinking (you can draft crisp outreach, proposals, decks, and internal memos).High ownership + speed: you can go from idea → execution without waiting for perfect clarity.Experience selling to / working with B2B finance, credit, risk, supply chain, fintech, or SaaS to mid-market/enterprise.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Clear growth path into Revenue Ops Lead / Growth Lead / Chief of Staff (GTM) as we scale.Real ownership: you’ll touch GTM strategy + execution and learn founder-level operating.
