Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.Core Responsibilities:1. Manage day to day administration of Zuora Billing, Payments, and Subscription Management.2. Configure products, rate plans, pricing updates, and subscription workflows.3. Support billing runs, invoice generation, payment processing, and error resolution.4. Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, subscriptions, amendments, and integrations.5. Maintain user roles, permissions, and system configurations.6. Work with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate billing data.7. Monitor system performance, logs, and API related issues.8. Assist in testing new features, releases, and enhancements.9. Ensure data accuracy through audits, reconciliations, and reporting
