This is a full-time on-site role and responsibilities will include:Incorporation of companies, LLPs, Firms, Trusts etc. Advice and opinions on corporate and FEMA related matters. Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA and other corporate laws Preparing corporate documents in compliance with secretarial standards Communicating with various stakeholders, including directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities Liquidation and related matters. FCRA and relation compliances. Agreements and transaction documents.Qualifications and requirements:Qualified company secretary with experience in a consulting environment (CA/CS/Law firm) with 1 to 7 years exp. May possess Certificate of Practice Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent drafting and writing skills Very good knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA provisions, FDI/ODI filings etc. Liasoning with government authorities Troubleshooting and Problem solving skills Ability to work independently Contribute to business promotion initiatives of the firm.
