This is a full-time on-site role and responsibilities will include:Incorporation of companies, LLPs, Firms, Trusts etc.Advice and opinions on corporate and FEMA related matters.Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA and other corporate lawsPreparing corporate documents in compliance with secretarial standardsCommunicating with various stakeholders, including directors, shareholders, and regulatory authoritiesLiquidation and related matters.FCRA and relation compliances.Agreements and transaction documents.Qualifications and requirements:Qualified company secretary with experience in a consulting environment (CA/CS/Law firm) with 1 to 7 years exp.May possess Certificate of PracticeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent drafting and writing skillsVery good knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA provisions, FDI/ODI filings etc.Liasoning with government authoritiesTroubleshooting and Problem solving skillsAbility to work independentlyContribute to business promotion initiatives of the firm.
