Our services include Board consultancy, training of Directors and KMPs, Board evaluation and Governance audits.Designation – Executive Assistant cum Office ManagerRole - Good business drafting / reviewing skills Project management- Provide coordination, monitoring and communication of project on a daily basis Prepare SWOT/ study the industry Assist in development of presentations for internal and external audience Reading/ researching documents/ papers; collecting and analysing information Coordinate meetings Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports Office management Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports Managing follow ups, attending meetings and making and tracking minutes ofmeetings Making MIS reports and presentation and Business Analysis Ensure the target audience database is current, accurate, and segmented for optimal use.
