The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing communication, documentation, scheduling, and other secretarial duties.Key Responsibilities:Calendar & Stakeholder Management: Manage schedules, set priorities, and coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders. Operational Oversight: Develop dashboards, progress trackers, review systems, and performance reports to ensure operational rigor. Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with academic and administrative teams to align on goals and follow through on execution. Problem Solving & Decision Support: Anticipate roadblocks, resolve bottlenecks, and bring clarity to complex initiatives with structured thinking. Strategic Execution: Prioritize and drive high-impact projects across institutional and educational domains.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Administration, Commerce, or related fields). 2–3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in an educational institution. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and a high level of discretion and integrity.
