The ideal candidate will collaborate with Product Managers, QA, Developers, Designers, and Business Analysts to translate complex features into simple, user-friendly documentation for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:Create, maintain, and update product documentation including: a. User guides b. Setup/configuration manuals c. Feature-level documentation d. FAQs and troubleshooting articles Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams to gather information and understand product functionalityEnsure consistency in voice, formatting, and terminology across all documentsCreate internal documentation to assist onboarding of new team members and cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, QA, etc.)Track documentation versioning and manage updates with every release cycleCreate release notes for major and minor product releasesSuggest and improve the structure and delivery of help content (videos, tooltips, diagrams, etc.)Audit existing documentation and eliminate redundancy or outdated contentSkills & Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in Technical Writing or Product DocumentationStrong command over written English with attention to clarity, tone, and detailProven ability to understand complex product features and explain them in simple termsExperience working with tools like Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, Markdown editors, Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks in a fast-paced environmentExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Dev, Support)Preferred Qualifications:Experience documenting SaaS or enterprise software platformsExposure to POS, ERP, or restaurant-tech domain is a plusFamiliarity with tools like Figma, Swagger, or Postman for API documentationUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum product development cyclesWhy Join Us:Be part of a growing product team shaping the future of restaurant technologyWork with a passionate, innovative team solving real-world business problemsOpportunity to take ownership of the documentation lifecycle and influence process improvements
