We’re now looking for a high-agency generalist to join our Founder’s Office.This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role where you’ll work directly with the founders and own projects across growth, marketing, operations, and team coordination.What You’ll DoCustomer Outreach: Help identify and engage with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms. Marketing & SEO: Coordinate blog content, contribute to SEO strategies, and assist with WordPress updates (preferred but not required). Admin Operations: Track annotator attendance, manage communication with independent contractors, compile invoices, and coordinate backend tasks. Talent & Recruitment: Support recruitment efforts for specialized annotation projects. Customer Success: Manage active client queries and ensure timely responses. General Support: Take ownership of varied tasks, from research to process improvement. Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks using modern tools and techniques.✅What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in business operations, marketing, customer success, or similar roles. Strong written and verbal communication. Proven ability to multitask and work independently in fast-paced environments. Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging tools and trends in the AI and tech ecosystem. Bonus: Familiarity with WordPress or SEO.
