We are a high-conviction, high-touch firm with a strong track record in mid-market transactions and end-to-end deal execution. Role Overview  We are seeking a Manager/Assistant Manager – Investment Banking with strong experience in frontline investment banking, and deal experience.  This role goes beyond execution, it requires independent ownership of transactions, active participation in client development and idea generation, and the ability to drive outcomes across the full deal lifecycle.  Key Responsibilities End-to-end execution of M&A and private capital raising transactions Drive deal origination through sector coverage, relationships, and proactive outreachBuild and manage relationships with promoters, CXOs, and institutional investorsDevelop and deliver high-quality pitches, IMs, and transaction materials Lead financial modelling, valuation, and structuring discussions Manage diligence, negotiations, and transaction processes through to successful closure Take ownership of deal timelines, stakeholder coordination, and outcomes Contribute to sector insights and thought leadership Candidate Profile Prior experience with a frontline investment bank/boutique investment bank is mandatory Middle office and global investment banking support centre candidates will not be considered 3–6 years of relevant experience in M&A / Private Equity advisory, with demonstrated deal closures Strong exposure to both execution and origination Highly entrepreneurial and results-oriented, with strong ownership mindset Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and presentation skills Strong client management and interpersonal capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong research capability and commercial understanding Good sector understanding in one or more of the following sectors: Consumer, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services High enthusiasm, energy, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with ability to lead and collaborate effectively AI fluency, with the ability to integrate tools such as Claude into day-to-day investment banking workflows MBA / MS Finance / CA from premier institutions in India or globally Ideally based in New Delhi / NCR Additional note: Candidates should be available to join within 30 days.
