We focus on cross-border commerce, financial optimization, and scalable business operations.We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage end-to-end financial processes and support our growing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage day-to-day accounting recordsHandle sales, purchase, and expense entriesPerform bank reconciliation and ledger managementManage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-upsMaintain GST records and assist in GST filingsWork on export documentation and reconciliation (India Post / courier shipments)Assist in GST refund (RFD) processes and documentationMaintain multi-company accounts and reportingPrepare financial reports, P&L statements, and cash flow analysisTrack and reconcile marketplace payments (Amazon, eBay, etc.)Coordinate with CA for compliance, audits, and filingsHandle payroll and vendor paymentsMaintain proper documentation and financial recordsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or CommerceStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance requirementsExperience with Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting softwareGood understanding of banking and reconciliation processesAbility to manage multiple company accountsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in e-commerce or export/import accountingFamiliarity with GST refunds and shipping documentationExperience handling marketplace transactionsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work in a growing global businessExposure to international accounting and operationsGrowth-oriented work environmentApplication InstructionsThis is an on-site role (no remote work)Immediate joiners will be preferredOnly candidates based near Uttam Nagar West or willing to commute daily should apply
