Finance Executive (Immediate Joiner)

Role DescriptionThe Senior Finance Executive will oversee financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities include the preparation and analysis of financial statements, GST compliance, TDS working and returns. The role involves handling day-to-day financial operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.ResponsibilitiesManaging Accounting and closing of books on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisManaging Direct and Indirect tax returns preparation, filing and record keepingPreparing Statutory Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow Statement on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisLiaise with auditors to complete audits as per defined frequencyPreparing MIS as per defined frequency for managementHandling all GST, Income Tax (TDS), PF, ESI and other statutory compliances and filing of respective returns.Handling Bank Reconciliation statementsManaging Accounts Payables and Accounts ReceivablesManaging Compliance & Secretarial activities across jurisdictionsEnsure all paperwork and filings are up to dateEnsure all cross references across entities are up to dateProvide timely inputs to individuals maintaining books of accounts of each entityProfile RequisitesCommerce Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant experienceExcellent working knowledge of Tally is mustProficient knowledge of MS-excel is mustMinimum 3+ years work experience in Finance and AccountingAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsProven analytical and financial reporting skills using Excel, including advanced formula writing using functions, and data analytic skillsExcellent accounting data entry skills.
